Cancellation Timeframe

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Refund Policy

Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
If your order has already been shipped and you refuse the delivery or return the items, the refund will be processed based on the condition of the returned goods and shipping fees.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:

Orders that have already been shipped.
Custom or personalized items.
Sale or clearance items.
Special Circumstances
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to special circumstances (such as a system error), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
